What a Week!  The Homecoming Parade was fun and the CORE’s Homecoming float was jamming!

Sunday’s Prayer Requests:

  3. Harold and Mary Zirkel.  Mary is sick with a cold and Harold is doing much better.
  4. Chuck Malmerg:  Lost use of right hand and arm.  Reason unknown (Nancy Wojnowski’s step father)
  5. Jim and Sara Watson.
  6. Darlene Stevens: Bad cold
  7. Lynda Coates
  8. Those fighting Cancer: Bob Gladden, Sarah Watson, Nancy Regan as well as others.
  9. Daughter (Dickie) of one of Loma Gabrielson’s cousins had a heart attack and aneurism.
  10. Family of Monica Melton.  There will be a graveside on Saturday, November 7th at 11:00 AM.  More details later.

The Medina Area Cancer Support Group will have their monthly meeting on Monday November 2nd in the Medina Library Conference Room at 5:30PM.  The speaker will be Tracy Davis RN, BSN, Oncology Nurse Navigator  at Peterson Regional Medical Center in Kerrville.  Everyone is invited to attend – this is an open meeting and of interest to cancer survivors, those just diagnosed, those going through treatment, and their care givers.
